By accessing or using Doquify’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and services.

2. Description of Services

Doquify provides automated document filing solutions for Microsoft SharePoint. Our services include:

  • Custom document automation solutions built to your requirements
  • Integration with third-party applications and services
  • Consultation and implementation services
  • Ongoing support and maintenance as agreed

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services

4. Intellectual Property

The Doquify name, logo, website content, and any custom solutions we develop remain the intellectual property of Doquify unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of your data and documents. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content that is processed through our solutions.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy .

Our document filing solutions are built on Microsoft Graph API, meaning your documents remain within your Microsoft 365 tenant and never pass through our servers.

6. Service Agreements

Specific terms for custom implementations, including pricing, deliverables, timelines, support, and service level agreements, will be set forth in separate written agreements between you and Doquify. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with third-party services such as Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and others. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doquify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on our services
  • Any other matter relating to our services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Doquify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Doquify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doquify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doquify operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
